Tribal Energy Project Assistance

NREL provides individual tribes across the continental United States and Alaska with project-specific technical expertise in renewable energy technologies.

We use our technical expertise to assist tribes with installing renewable energy systems. NREL also facilitates strategic partnerships and discussions to help build capacity in Indian country for successful clean energy projects on U.S. tribal lands.
