I have recently been diagnosed with allergies to dairy protein and I need to know what food products contain this so that I may avoid it. Therefore, I urge that you invest more resources to ensure that food labels completely & accurately list the presence of all known allergens, including those used in flavorings; food mfgrs. adopt measures to prevent unintentional contamination of their food products w/undeclared food allergens; and food mfgrs. include a toll-free telephone number on their labels that we consumers may call for more information about ingredients. This measure would ensure that I and others like myself the benefit of at least being able to avoid those foods which could be hazardous to our health.
