Dear Sirs:
        Please DO NOT approve the "morning-after pill" to be available over 
the counter.  It is not a contraceptive.  It will not reduce the number of 
abortions, for it IS an abortion: preventing a fertilized egg from 
implanting.  Conception has already taken place.
