ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS WITH PREJUDICE

   The parties to these appeals have advised the Board that they have reached a settlement of these two appeals and the appeal docketed as 99-BCA-4, and accordingly have filed a stipulation of dismissal dated March 6, 2002, authorizing the appeals to be dismissed with prejudice. Wherefore, the premises considered and good cause being shown, it is

   ORDERED that the pending appeals, 93-BCA-13 and 94-BCA-2, having been withdrawn by the Appellant, be dismissed with prejudice.
