Division of Central Services

If you need service or assistance, please call our receptionist at 303-866-4357.   During normal business hours, Monday through Friday (state holidays excepted) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., our receptionist will log your service request and forward to our repair and maintenance staff.   After normal business hours, the Capitol security office will log the request and relay it the next business morning, unless it is an emergency. In the case of after-hour building emergencies, once your call is received security will page the necessary staff who will respond as quickly as possible. In case of fire or in situations of personal emergency, please call 911 for assistance.  If possible then contact our office as well.

Project Space Request Form 7/1/06

Effective July 2006, this form replaces the Work Request and Cost Estimate Form. Completion of this form is required to request new or additional space or to make any alteration to existing space within DPA/DCS/Capitol Complex managed buildings.
