Know Net provides e-learning and certification services, knowledge management and performance support in the key business operational areas of the Federal Government to include: Acquisition, Audit Resolution and Cost Policy, e-Business, Finance, Grants, Logistics, Real Property and Small Business.

Know Net Desk References available for use today include: Performance-Based Contracting, Balanced Scorecard, Federal Fleet Management, Federal Grants Orientation, Federal Material Management, Federal Personal Property Management. Desk References soon to be available include Federal Budget Execution, Federal Transportation Management and Small Business Programs.
