Accessing PDF Files

Documents presented in PDF (Portable Document Format), require the AdobeĀ® Reader. You may download the reader free of charge from the AdobeĀ® web site, configure your browser according to the instructions provided, then use your browser's "back" function to return to the index page containing the links to the PDF file you are accessing.  Even if you already have Adobe on your machine you will want to check for upgrades periodically, as pages created in newer versions may not open in older versions.

When printing the PDF files, be sure to use the print icon in the AcrobatReader window. When the "Print" window appears, be sure the "Shrink to Fit" box is selected before printing the document. If you try to print using the print icon in your browser window or you do not select the "Shrink to Fit" feature, as described above, the document may not print out properly.

If you are using assistive technology and/or if you unable to access the PDF files, please go to access.adobe.com for tools to convert PDF files into an accessible format.
