The Office of Administrative Law Judges is located in the Tech World Building, 800 K St, NW. The building is across the street from Mt. Vernon Square between 7th and 9th Streets, NW. It is close to the new DC Convention Center and Chinatown.

All visitors to the Washington, DC office -- including parties, attorneys and witnesses -- are required to report to the guard station in the South lobby prior to entry. Visitors will be required to show a photo I.D., sign the visitor register and use the security station telephone in order to obtain an escort to OALJ's offices in the North building.

Two metro stops are close:

• Gallery Place/Chinatown (Green, Yellow and Red lines; use the Chinatown side exit)
• Mt. Vernon Square/7th Street-Convention Center (Green and Yellow lines)
