Manager of the northern
region for IDS, Mike is
responsible for the graphic
design, printing, mail,
delivery and dispatch
operations within Division
of Central Services. His
extensive experience
includes developing and
deploying support
infrastructures, developing
production strategies,
corporate communications,
and senior technical support
services.
Previously, Mike was a
senior level technical
support manager for Critical
Path’s Internet Fax and
Secure File Services
divisions, working with
clients such as Ford Motor
Company, Biogen, Inc., Ariba
and FedEx and strategic
partners such as Qwest/USWest,
Ameritech/SBC, BellSouth,
Verizon, and Time Warner.
With 20+ years of
experience in printing and
the printing industry
coupled with his extensive
customer relations
background brings a new
level of service and quality
to IDS and the State of
Colorado.
