I am strongly opposed to the above mentioned forms of trying to kill me. The textured pavements gets my white cane stuck and can cause me to fall since I suffer from Diabetic neurapothy. The voice traffic signals would cause me to not be able to hear traffic which is how I know when to cross a busy street.

Can you tell me where to refer my law suit when I sew for damages that I am sure will be done to me if this is done?
