ORDER ASSERTING JURISDICTION

   Upon consideration of the exceptions by counsel for the Grant Officer and pursuant to Section 166 of the Job Training Partnership Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1501, 1576 (1988), it is ORDERED that --

1. Jurisdiction is asserted in this case to protect the Grant Officer's right to request review of the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued November 17, 1997, pending the Grant Officer's Motion for Reconsideration of that decision.

2. A Briefing Schedule in this case may be issued depending upon the ALJ's decision with regard to the Grant Officer's Motion for Reconsideration.
