   By Joint Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice filed September 16, 2003, the parties advise that they have settled all issues in and related to the above-captioned cases and request that these actions and all claims asserted therein be dismissed with prejudice. We have reviewed the parties' settlement agreement and find that it comports with the purposes of the statutes at issue and is not contrary to public policy.

   Accordingly, we GRANT the motion to dismiss with prejudice and APPROVE the settlement agreement.
