ORDER OF DISMISSAL

   Before the Board for review is the captioned matter arising under the employee protection provision of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982, 49 U.S.C.A. §31105 (West 1994). The Board issued an Order To Show Cause on November 5, 1997, affording Complainant through November 20, 1997, to show cause why this case should not be dismissed. Complainant did not submit a response to the Show Cause Order. Accordingly, this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
