ORDER RETURNING FILING

On July 31, 2000, the Administrative Review Board (Board) received from Complainant's Counsel two documents for filing: 1) Objection to Osage Tribal Council's Motion for Entry of Scheduling Order; and 2) Statement for Fees and Expenses. These documents are being RETURNED. Respondent's Counsel filed their Motion for Entry of Scheduling Order with Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) C. Richard Avery. As the above referenced matter is pending before the ALJ, the Board will not consider the Complainant's objections. Further responses concerning this matter should be filed with the ALJ.
