ORDER ACCEPTING JOINT STIPULATION
TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE

   Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. §24.8 (2000), Complainant, Mark Graf, filed a petition with the Administrative Review Board requesting review of an Administrative Law Judge's "Recommended Supplemental Decision and Order Awarding Attorney Fees and Costs" in this matter dated February 6, 2001. On March 26, 2001, Graf and Respondent Wackenhut

Services, L.L.C. filed a joint "Stipulation to Dismiss with Prejudice." In the stipulation, the parties aver that they have resolved all the issues between them and that each party is to pay its own costs and attorney's fees. The parties further stipulate that an "appropriate Order of Dismissal with Prejudice concerning the Petition for Review (ARB Case No. 01-041) and underlying claim for attorney fees and costs, be entered herein upon the filing of this Stipulation to Dismiss with Prejudice, without further notice by or to any party hereto."

   We ACCEPT the joint stipulation and DISMISS the petition for review in this matter and underlying claim for attorney's fees WITH PREJUDICE.
