   On March 6, 1998, the ALJ issued a Recommended Supplemental Decision and Order Awarding Attorney Fees. Complainant's attorney is preliminarily granted the following relief:

    Respondent shall pay to Complainant's attorney the sum of $39,452.24 representing hours of service, itemized expenses, and costs.

   All other provisions of the Notice of Review and Order Establishing Briefing Schedule and Preliminary Order issued on February 26, 1998 remain in effect.
