FINAL DECISION AND ORDER

    As permitted in a Decision and Order issued by the Board on September 27, 1996, Complainant Noah Jerry Artrip had filed a Supplemental Petition for Attorneys Fees and Costs under the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended (ERA), 42 U.S.C. § 5851 (1988). Respondent, Ebasco Services, Inc. (Ebasco), has not filed any objection. After reviewing the petition and supporting affidavits, the Board concludes that the amounts specified are reasonable. Artrip is hereby awarded the total fees requested in the

amount of $5,625.00. See generally Delcore v. W.J. Barney Corp., Case No. 89-ERA-38, Sec. Dec., June 9, 1995; Jenkins v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Case No. 92-CAA-6, Sec. Dec., Dec. 7, 1994 (employing lodestar method).

1 On April 17, 1996, the Secretary of Labor delegated authority to issue final agency decisions under this statute and the implementing regulations to the newly created Administrative Review Board (Board).
