The Acting Administrator, Wage and Hour Division, by counsel's motion, has notified the Administrative Review Board, United States Department of Labor, of his intention to withdraw the petition for review of the Administrative Law Judge's January 28, 1997 decision and order. Accordingly, the petition for review is hereby dismissed.
