FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

   This case arising under Executive Order No. 11,246 is pending before the Administrative Review Board on Plaintiff OFCCP's exceptions to the Adminstrative Law Judge's Recommended Decision and Order on Remand. The parties have now submitted a consent decree settling all outstanding issues. As provided in the regulations, 41 C.F.R. §60-30.13(b) (1996), the consent decree provides that the decree shall have the same force and effect of a final order, that the parties waive any further procedural steps and waive any right to challenge the validity of the findings and order in the consent decree. Accordingly, the consent decree is approved and is hereby entered as the final administrative order in this case. 41 C.F.R. § 60-30.13(d).
