ORDER GRANTING ADMINISTRATOR'S MOTION
TO WITHDRAW PETITION FOR REVIEW

   The Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor filed a petition for review of the decision and order of a Department of Labor Administrative Law Judge in this case arising under the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act ("SCA"), 41 U.S.C.A §§ 351-358 (West 1987). On October 2, 2002, the Administrator filed a motion to withdraw the petition for review.

   We GRANT the Administrator's motion and DISMISS this appeal.

   SO ORDERED.
