ORDER OF DISMISSAL

   Pursuant to the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act of 1965, as amended, 41 U.S.C. §351 et seq. and 29 C.F.R. Parts 4 and 8, FEDCAP Rehabilitation Services, Inc. (FEDCAP) filed a petition for review with the Administrative Review Board (ARB) seeking review of a wage determination applicable to eleven FEDCAP contracts. On September 19, 2000, FEDCAP filed a motion to withdraw its petition for review and requesting that the ARB dismiss the case without prejudice. Upon consideration, the motion is GRANTED and FEDCAP's petition for review is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
