ORDER OF DISMISSAL

   By letter dated August 16, 2000, the National Association of Electrical Contractors, Inc., Wisconsin Chapter (on behalf of Petitioner Wehrs Electric, Inc.) informed the Administrative Review Board that this matter, arising under the Davis-Bacon Act, 40 U.S.C.A. §276a et seq. (1994); the National Housing Act, 12 U.S.C.A. §1715c (1994), and United States Department of Labor regulations at 29 C.F.R. Parts 5 and 7 (1999) was "resolved." The letter further stated that the Petitioner desires "to withdraw the appeal and request that this matter be closed."

   Accordingly, for good cause shown, Petitioner's request is GRANTED, and the Petition for Review is DISMISSED.
