ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On March 19, 1997, pursuant to 29 C.F.R. Part 7 (1996), the Acting
Administrator, Wage and Hour Division filed a Petition for Review in the captioned matter.
Subsequently, the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued a Supplemental Decision and Order
Upon Reconsideration. The Acting Administrator filed a Motion to Withdraw Petition for
Review on March 27, 1997, stating as the reason for the request that upon issuance of the
ALJ's Supplemental Decision and Order Upon Reconsideration, the Wage and Hour Division
was no longer aggrieved by the ALJ's original Decision and Order dated February 7, 1997. It
is, accordingly, hereby Ordered, that this matter is dismissed.
