On April 14, 2008, the Administrative Review Board issued an Order Granting Reconsideration and Re-establishing Final Briefing Schedule in this case. The Order indicated an incorrect location for the Complainant, Douglas Coupar, on page 1 and an incorrect address on the service sheet. Accordingly, we are re-issuing the Order with the

correct location and address, and we have adjusted the due dates for the filing of briefs to rectify the erroneous service of the Order. In all other respects, the Order remains the same.
