Southeast Bering Sea Carrying Capacity is a NOAA Coastal Ocean Program Regional Ecosystem Study administered by the University of Alaska, Alaska Fisheries Science Center, and Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory.

 

DELAY

Selection and funding of SEBSCC Phase II research is delayed until Fall 1998 while the Federal Register version of the Announcement of Opportunity (PDF) is active.  A full text of the Supplemental Notice is available from the Federal Register Online via GPO Access at http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=1998_register&docid=98-27258-filed.
