A Is mammogram/ultrasound normal? Complete all radiologic recommendations. A Refer to surgery if appropriate Assess discharge appearance. A Clear or bloody discharge. A Milky, yellow, brown, green, gray discharge. A Refer to surgeon (+/- ductography). A Milky Colored Follow-up visit scheduled at the discretion of the treating clinician. A Hormonal evaluation.
