 Risk Adjustment Impact Study

  • With funding from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, under the auspices of its Health Care Financing and Organization (HCFO) program, the Health Research Center at Park Nicollet Institute is conducting a three-year study on health-based risk adjustment.

    This study seeks to answer two questions:

  • How is health-based risk adjustment implemented?
     
  • What is the impact of health-based risk adjustment on purchasers and on managed care organizations (MCOs)?
