International agreements, which may involve research performed at Argonne, are negotiated and signed by representatives of the U.S. government and foreign governments.

How to start

If the international agreement does not include provisions for a foreign participant to perform work at Argonne, an implementing agreement is prepared between DOE and the foreign participant.
