Bright Futures
Bright Futures tools are now available to address the connection between mental and physical health. The tools are wellness-focused, evidence-based and easy to read and understand. Based on evidence and user feedback, the tools focus on three main concepts: Appreciating Self, Finding Balance and Purpose in Life, and Connecting with Others.

FREE copies of the Bright Futures Mental Health and Wellness Tools are available in limited quantities from the HRSA Information Center at 1-888-ASK-HRSA. Online versions will be made available in the near future. Additional BFWHW tools coming soon will focus on Physical Activity and Healthy Eating for rural young and adult women, and maternal wellness materials.
