Child Privacy Act comments

I was reading an article in Interactive Week about the Child Privacy Act related to online privacy for children. As a mother-to-be, I think the best solution to getting a parent's consent is going to be through a letter in the real mail (not e-mail). Junk e-mail is out of control, and phone calls from marketers are TOTALLY out of control. The least unobtrusive way to get parental permission would be through the regular US mail.
