Description The objective of this study is to provide guidance for a testing framework that would not compromise the reliability and safety of future HIPPS installations in the Gulf of Mexico. The study will provide guidance on the allowable (if any) leakage rates and develop recommendations on HIPPS test configurations that would mitigate concerns over practical limitations to testing.
Progress Under contract negotiation. A decision is expected by September 30, 2008.
