Description This conference will provide a form for researchers and engineers from petroleum companies, platform operators, engineering service industry, material suppliers, manufacturers, regulatory and certification agencies, and academic institutions to:
  1. report and review major worldwide, state-of- the-art developments on composites offshore;
  2. identify and forecast new opportunities of utilizing composites in the petroleum industry to save cost and provide enabling capabilities;
  3. discuss issues and provide guidance on standards, codes, certification and regulatory concerns of using composites for offshore operations.
