Description This was a Joint Industry Project (JIP) with 23 participants. The primary objective of this project was a review of the state-of-the-art of the systems reliability, particularly for offshore structure applications. The emphasis was be on classifying methods to increase understanding and improvements. The report addressed the nature and `degree of difficulty` of the current limitations that restrict the effective practical application of the methodology.
Progress Completed. The proprietary period for this project passed.
