Missouri; Amendment No. 3 to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Missouri (FEMA-1631-DR), dated March 16, 2006, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 12, 2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Missouri is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of March 16, 2006:

Bollinger, Daviess, and Ray Counties for Public Assistance.

Benton, Boone, Carroll, Cedar, Greene, Henry, Hickory, Iron, Morgan, Perry, Pettis, Putnam, Randolph, Saline, St. Clair, Webster, and Wright Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance.)

Bates, Christian, Howard, Monroe, and Montgomery Counties for Public Assistance [Categories C-G] (already designated for Individual Assistance and debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B] under the Public Assistance program.)

Washington County for Public Assistance [Categories C-G] (already designated for debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B] under the Public Assistance program.)
