- McCreary County Community Housing Development Corporation

- Pinellas County Department of Community Development (160KB) — Pinellas relies on ENERGY STAR to ensure its low-income homebuyers will have low energy bills and higher quality homes
- Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) (58KB) — PHA responded to spiraling energy costs by initiating an ENERGY STAR Homes demonstration project
- Pennsylvania Housing Finance Authority (PHFA) (48KB) — PHFA awards points in its low income housing tax credit program for projects that achieve ENERGY STAR qualification
- New Jersey Green Homes Office (71KB) — New Jersey requires ENERGY STAR qualification for all new government-funded affordable housing
