CSP Letter of Intent - required for proposal submission. Letters of intent are no longer being accepted for projects to be sequenced in FY2009. The next call for proposals will be in November 2008. Applicants are notified via email whether and how to submit a full sequencing proposal.

User Agreement

A written User Agreement defines expectations and mutual responsibilities for a sequencing project. See the Review Process and Contract Documents page for details.
