Route 84 to ASYLUM ST exit.  Take a LEFT onto ASYLUM ST at light. After passing under railroad overpass, take a LEFT onto UNION PLACE. Take next RIGHT onto CHURCH ST. Office is in PO building at corner of HIGH ST and CHURCH ST.

Take CT Transit System City Bus to corner of HIGH and ASYLUM, or from outside the city, take the Peter Pan bus to the Transportation Center terminal at Union Station.
