1
Project completion percentage refers to the costs
incurred to date compared to the total allowable costs
of the entire project supported with the awarded funds.
The original application defined the project and identified
Total Allowable Costs (including architectural and
engineering fees, construction and equipment) on the
original or revised form SF424C (Budget Information), e.g.,
for a $6,000,000 clinic building project, costs incurred
to date equal $400,000. The project status update
will indicate that the project is 6.7% complete ($400,000/$6,000,000).
2
Percentage of funds drawn down refers to the funds
drawn down from the Payment Management System to date
as compared to the total awarded amount, e.g., where
$150,000 has been drawn down to date from the awarded
amount of $3,000,000, the percentage of award drawn
down is 5% ($150,000/$3,000,000).
