Question: How can I set up an interlibrary loan account with NLM if I am not a DOCLINE member?
Answer:

In order to request materials from the National Library of Medicine (NLM), the institution must set up an account with NLM. Please contact NLM at 301-496-5511 or e-mail us at custserv@nlm.nih.gov to request the form for setting up an account.
