No. 1098 offered by the Senator from Wisconsin (Mr. Feingold), Amdt. No. 1097 offered by the Senator from Michigan (Mr. Levin), Amdt. No. 1134 offered by the Senator from Virginia (Mr. Warner), and Amdt. No. 1135 offered by the Senator from Mississippi (Mr. Cochran). Ordered further, That the votes occur in the order listed above and that there be 2 minutes of debate prior to each vote, equally divided and controlled, and that each vote in this sequence after the first be limited to 10 minutes; further, that the 20 minutes immediately prior to the first vote shall be under the control of the Majority and Republican Leaders, with the time equally divided, with the Majority Leader controlling the final 10 minutes; provided further, if cloture is not invoked, then the amendment be withdrawn; further, that no other amendments shall be in order prior to the votes on cloture.
