Detailed Forecast Discussion |
High pressure over the Northwest will bring warm sunny days through the weekend. On Sunday - Tuesday expect above normal temperatures as warm air moves up the coast into western Washington. The warm air aloft will trap pollutants and allow ozone levels to reach the Moderate category in the Cascade foothills of east and southeast King-Pierce counties. Air quality in the Seattle-Tacoma urban core will likely remain in the Good category. Air quality will return to Good on Wednesday as a weather system moves through the region. |
