FRC will give you a competitive quote! Contact us.

We understand the actual costs of records storage.

FRC is part of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Federal Government agency responsible for records management guidance for the United States Government. NARA is also responsible for serving the United States Government's archived Federal records and materials.

  • We charge for actual space used for records; we "round down" measuring each carton to its actual 1.0 cubic foot capacity.
  • We tell you up-front what your costs will be.
  • We charge true cost recovery fees. Our fee is based on the actual cost of retrieving the records.
  • Our customers come (but rarely go). We're committed to our customers.
  • Our interagency agreements are annual.
  • We know that you own your records, that they are your agency's information asset.
  • Your records are stored in facilities that comply with 36 CFR Part 1228, Subpart K: the Federal regulation that stipulates records management practices.
