Having problems logging in to Idealist.org?
I can’t login to my Individual account.
If you can’t login to your individual account:
- Make sure you enter your email and password correctly.
- Make sure you use the email address that you used to signed up for Idealist. (This may be an address you’re no longer using.)
- If you lost your password, click here to have it sent to you.
- Make sure that you verified your account information. When you created your Individual account we sent you an email confirmation containing a verification link that you must click on within 10 days in order to be able to access your account. If you did not receive this email, please look for it in your spam/junk mail folder. If you need for further assistance or to have a new link sent to you, please contact us.
I can’t login to my Organization, Consultant, or Idealist Group account.
If you can’t login to your Group’s (Organization, Consultant, Idealist Group) account:
- If you are trying to login to your Group’s account, you must first login to your Individual account.
- If you don’t have an individual account, visit www.idealist.org and click on “sign up” to create one.
- To login to your Group’s account, you must associate your Individual account with your Group.
- For further assistance associating your individual account to your Group, send us a message. Make sure to tell us the name and location of your Group and to provide us with an email address associated with your Group, if possible.
