GSA News Releases are official information prepared for the press. They are posted as soon as they are released.

Feature Stories on the gsa.gov homepage highlight topics that may be of special interest to website visitors. The feature story archive contains all stories that have previously appeared on gsa.gov.

GSA's Reference Library includes the latest bulletins, extracts of executive orders, speeches, regulations, and other documents about GSA.

Southeast Sunbelt Region Participates in Congressional Small Business Reverse Trade Show in Greensboro, NC.

On May 29, 2008, the Southeast Sunbelt Regional Office of Small Business Utilization (ROSBU) participated in Business Opportunities 2008. The trade show is a multi-agency small business procurement forum hosted by congressional members Howard Coble, Virginia Foxx, Brad Miller, and Mel Watt.  Dave Gibson of PBS and John Porter of FAS shared counseling time with the small business participants, and Dinora Gonzalez, Regional Small Business Technical Advisor, presented "The GSA Schedules Process" to over 100 workshop attendees.   The fair included 12 corporate sponsors and 15 federal, state, and local government representatives who shared marketing tips, contracting opportunities, and success guidance to working in the federal marketplace. The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) of North Carolina facilitated the event. Over 150 small business owners participated.  Contact: Dinora Gonzalez, SBTA, 404-331-3031
