CAUTION

Valentin Sanchez Garcia is wanted for his alleged participation in the murder of a man in Canyon County, Idaho. On October 12, 2002, Garcia allegedly killed the man by shooting him in the chest with a rifle. The victim and Garcia were acquaintances who had been consuming alcohol and got into an argument. Garcia allegedly got a rifle and shot the unarmed victim. A local arrest warrant charging Garcia with murder was issued on December 18, 2002. On March 19, 2004, a United States Magistrate Judge in the District of Idaho signed a complaint and issued a federal arrest warrant for Garcia charging him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
