Phone: Please try our new Financial Interactive Voice Response System (FIVR). FIVR is an automated self-service telephone system available 24 hours a day that allows direct electronic access to administrative payment information using the telephone keypad. You can access FIVR by calling (410) 965-0607.

The Office of Finance has installed a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) telephone line for the hearing impaired. The telephone number for the TDD line is 410-597-1395.

The services available through the Financial Interactive Voice Response (FIVR) system will be available through TDD. Customer Service Representatives will be available to answer vendor and employee administrative payment inquiries Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST.
