Our mission is to provide a mutually beneficial partnership between USDA and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs). We accomplish this mission by providing students, faculty and staff affiliated with HSIs with professional development opportunities available at USDA. In addition, we strive to strengthen the capacity of HSIs to provide a well-trained workforce for a competitive America.
