• Child Support Program Orientation (CSPO) – Certified Materials
  The CSPO curriculum incorporates new regulations and policies, standardized processes, procedures, forms, and acronyms.
• Complaint Resolution and State Hearing
  The purpose of this course is to facilitate consistent statewide implementation and ongoing administration of the Complaint Resolution and State Hearing Regulations.
• DCSS Trainer Certification Program
  The purpose of the Training for Trainers (T4T) curriculum is to develop a pool of certified trainers to present curricula statewide.
