FAQ
DOCLINE -- EFTS File Builder

Question: What is the EFTS File Builder?
Answer:

The EFTS File Builder allows EFTS participants to create the transaction upload file of charges to submit to EFTS to bill borrowers for filled items. Only requests from borrowers that are EFTS participants will display. The process includes a confirmation page and then a file generation page. The generated file is downloaded to the user’s computer for submission to EFTS at their convenience.

Libraries can review requests already included in an EFTS file for confirmation, to revise charges, or to re-generate a file if deleted or lost.
