The funding source for all of the FLH TD projects is provided from one of two sources, the Coordinated Technology Implementation Program (CTIP) or the Technology Deployment Initiatives and Partnership Program (TDPP). All proposals are reviewed for technical merit and verified to adhere to their respective funding guidelines. It is only after funding is granted that he proposal is designated as a project and the work plan activities can commence. Projects range in size, scope, and dollars. Project timeframes range from one year to a maximum of three years. The final deliverable for each project can range from a final report documenting the outcome of a study, deployment and integration of fixed assets, or new processes, materials, or methodologies.
